USITC remains anti-dumping duty on imports of seamless steel pipe from Japan, Romania
According to the United States International Trade Commission (ITC) said that the withdrawal of current anti-dumping duty on imports carbon alloy seamless pipe and pressure pipe import from Japan and Romania, will likely lead to repeat any damage or losses.
As a result, the USITC determined to remain the existing anti-dumping duties on imports of these products from Japan and Romania.
