Thai final rules on AD investigation on GI from 3 countries
On March 7th, 2018, the Foreign Trade Department of the Ministry of Commerce of Thailand issued a final announcement on the anti-dumping investigation against galvanized sheets and ruled that dumping occurred on galvanized sheet products imported from China, South Korea and Taiwan, but did not cause damage to Thai industry, thus determine not to impose anti-dumping duties.
The case was initiated on September 14th, 2016.
