Taiwan's scrap purchasing price may hike this week
Taiwan's scrap purchasing price hiked for two consecutive weeks. After increasing price, downstream customers should enlarge the scrap selling quantity. But the situation was different than expectation. Downstream customers think the scrap price might keep going up and they rather hold in stock.
Therefore, it was difficult for scrap supplier to get the sources and the scrap purchasing price would be remained at high level.
