Jiangsu province completes de-capacity of steel & coal
It was reported that Jiangsu province has completed the de-capacity of 6.34 million tons of steel for 2017. The cumulative reduction of crude steel production capacity was 12.14 million tons, accounting for nearly 10% of the total de-capacity for the country's steel production.
Also, Jiangsu province has cut about 180,000 tons of coal production capacity. The cumulative reduction of the coal production capacity was 8.36 million tons. Jiangsu province completed the target in cutting the coal production capacity for three years in advance.
