Japan’s Pacific Metals expects ferronickel production forecast to fall further
It is understood that Pacific Metals, a Japanese mining enterprise, announced ferronickel production forecast continued downward trend from April 1st, 2017-March 31st, 2018. According to forecast, the 2017 fiscal year pure nickel production was expected to be 30,054 tons, fell by 9.2% compared with the same period of last year. Meanwhile, the company’s sales were expected to be 31,600 tons, down by 4.5% compared with 33,100 tons in the same period of last year.
