Japanese steel exports rise for Apr
According to Japan’s Ministry of Finance statistics showed that Japan's steel exports were 2.968 million tons in April this year, down by 14.2% compared with previous month, down 7.4% compared with the same period of last year, the lowest export volume of less than 3 million tons since January 2012.
Among the, the exports to Asia was 2.375 million tons, declined by 7% compared with the same period of last year; the exports to China was 492,000 tons, rose by 9.3% compared with the same period of last year; the exports to South Korea was 536,000 tons, declined by 9% compared with the same period of last year.
