Global primary aluminum average daily output increases in Oct
According to data released by the International Aluminum Institute (IAI), the global average daily output of primary aluminum (excluding China) was 70,300 tons in October 2017, slightly up from the revised output of 70,000 tons in September.
In October, the global output of primary aluminum (excluding China) was 2.179 million tons, up from 2.1 million tons in September.
As for China, its average daily output of primary aluminum dropped to 82,100 tons in October, down from 86,900 tons in September.
China's primary aluminum output in October was 2.546 million tons, down by 60,000 tons from September.
