China's steel price pushes up the price of steelmaking raw materials
As China's steel price continued to rise, China key steel enterprises increased raw materials purchasing in order to increase steel production. It made the price of raw materials remained upward trend. The price of the main raw materials used for the blast furnace rose by 20% in one month. Meanwhile, Australian iron ore price reached at about US$67/ton, the high level in two and half months. In addition, the price of Australian metallurgical coal rose by 15% compared with previous month. China's strong market demand to lead the price of raw materials increase further.
