China's steel exports decline for first time in Jun
According to data released by the General Administration of Customs of China, in June 2023, China exported around 7.5 million tons of steel products, a year-on-year decrease of 0.7%. China's steel exports ended a year-on-year upward trend for 13 consecutive months, showing a decline for the first time.

High inflation, ongoing geopolitical conflicts, unstable financial markets, and trade barriers have all led to a decline in global manufacturing, which has weakened external demand.

At present, the advantage space of China's steel export price is also shrinking. However, due to the decline in the steel export base in the second half of last year, there is still the possibility of growth year-on-year.
