China to adjust AD duty on imports of carbon fastener from Netherlands
According to the report, the Chinese Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council decided to adjust the anti-dumping duty on imports of carbon fastener from
Netherlands Nedschroef and relevant companies. They also indicated that the enterprise could apply for the administrative reconsideration by dissatisfaction the results of the anti-dumping tax.
Chinese government levied the anti-dumping duty rate for Koninklijke Nedschroef Holding B.V., Nedschroef Altena GmbH, Nedschroef Fraulautern GmbH, Nedschroef Helmond B.V., Nedschroef Barcelona SAU, Nedschroef Beckingen GmbH were 5.5%. Recently, these companies as above should pay the anti-dumping duty to Chinese Customs.
