Brazil’s April crude steel production growth
According to Brazilian Steel Institute (IABr) statistics showed that, Brazil's crude steel production reached 2.89 million tons in April this year, up by 25.9% compared with the same period of last year; Brazilian rolled production rose by 15.2% to 1.88 million tons compared with the same period of 2016.
Meanwhile, Brazilian steelmakers produced 11.14 million tons of crude steel this January-April, up by 14.5% compared with the same period of last year.
